Spinach with cheese

1 serving

Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach prewashed
1 slice of cheese to lower fat or lower America
Trans-margarine 1 teaspoon tea
Pinch of salt
Trait hot sauce (optional)
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)

Instructions
Place spinach in a bowl from the microwave and cover with wax paper. Microwave 3 minutes. Add cheese, margarine, salt and hot sauce (optional) for spinach. Cover with wax paper. Microwave for 1 minute or until cheese bubbles. Remove from microwave and add the chopped eggs (optional). Enjoy immediately!
