This is a normal reaction that occurs when the peroxide comes into contact with any kind of germ. This is called oxygen. Everyone has a certain amount of germs on the skin every day. So that is used to distribute a cut. Prevented the reaction to something in the deeper layers of the skin and make the bacteria go wild. I hope this helps explain. Good luck and God bless

thats just oxygen and free radicals in the skin is formed, which disappear. It is a good thing, nothing to fear.
